Grand Hotel Lviv Casino & Spa

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Lviv Casino & Spa! Everything exceeded my expectations — from the welcoming and attentive staff to the elegant room and the outstanding breakfast (seriously, it’s a real highlight! The SPA area deserves a special mention. I had a massage session with Natalia — she is not only a highly skilled professional but also a great listener with a deep understanding of the human body and mind. I left feeling completely relaxed and uplifted. Highly recommend her if you’re visiting the SPA!

Highest level of service with most helpful staff, amazing SPA facilities, the hotel is very clean throughout and they serve absolutely delicious breakfast. Couldn’t have chosen better place to stay in Lviv. Located right in the centre with a short walk to an array of very good restaurants, bistros and cafes

Everything was great from the restaurant, bar, spa, to the quality of the rooms. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff also gave great recommendations. Marta gave me some really good restaurant and bar recommendations. Maria was also really nice and went the extra mile to help me book my bus and other travel arrangements.

Everything was amazing at this hotel, but I just separately pay tribute to the staff. We used to have quite some difficulties during our stay and were amazed to see how people took our challenges seriously and did their utmost to assist and solve the issue. In addition, it was really noticeable how much aligned different services are - reception, spa, restaurant, security. Everyone is on the same page on whatever happens and your requests are addressed immediately. Will definitely get back to Grand Hotel Lviv
